Y2 Visit to West Boldon Lodge

We have enjoyed our History topic about the Great Fire of London.

During our visit we shared facts that we had learnt. We chopped wood to build a fire and were able to bake bread. It reminded us of the baker who once lived and worked on Pudding Lane.

We used our DT and Maths skills to help us to construct model homes. Finally we re-enacted the fire by setting the houses on fire!
