Safe to Play campaign – Say Something if you See Something

13th July 2021K Millican

If you are thinking of enrolling your child/children with providers of extra-curricular activities, e.g. sport, drama and dance clubs. We would encourage you to ask questions about the existence of safeguarding measures and policies and not assume that they are in place already. If your child/children already attend such clubs it may be worth making checks too.

We would encourage you to ask important questions regarding safeguarding when you are considering leaving your children in the care of these providers.

Please click the link for more information: https://stop-cse.org/tackling-cse-in-sports/. This webpage contains advice about what to look out for when signing up for sports activities for their children, but this could apply to any extra-curricular club.
